Frequently Asked Questions — VeroSHAPE Compression Tank
Everything you need to know about fit, compression, sizing, and daily wear.
A compression tank uses firm, graduated pressure from a nylon-spandex fabric blend to physically compress soft tissue in the belly, waist, and chest areas. This reduces the visible profile under clothing — immediately and consistently while the garment is worn.
Firm enough to feel like a steady hug across your torso. You should be able to breathe normally and move your arms freely. If breathing is restricted, size up. If there is no compression sensation at the belly, size down.
Yes. VeroSHAPE Tanks are designed for 8–12 hours of all-day wear. Remove at night.
No. The VeroSHAPE Tank uses flat seams and a seamless neckline — invisible under dress shirts, polos, and fitted tees.
Same compression, different colour. White for light-coloured shirts. Black for dark shirts. The 1 Black + 1 White bundle covers both.
Match your regular shirt size. If you carry belly or waist weight, size up by one.
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle, or hand wash. Lay flat to dry — tumble drying degrades the elastane and reduces compression.
Not with quality fabric. The nylon-spandex blend is moisture-wicking and breathable. Cheap polyester blends trap heat — avoid those.
