Returns & Refunds

Trying VEROSHAPE for the first time should feel low-risk. That is why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee with a clear return process, fair conditions, and straightforward refund timing.

Return Window

You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in returnable condition. Trying on is allowed, but items must be:

  • Unworn except for trying on
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Returned in the original packaging

Returns may not be accepted if the product is damaged, heavily used, washed, altered, stained, perfumed, or no longer in resale-safe condition.

Return Shipping

We do not currently provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on destination country. In many cases, return shipping is usually around $10, but actual cost may differ based on location and carrier.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@veroshape.com to request your return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.
  3. Ship the item back using the return instructions provided.
  4. Once received, the item will be inspected before a refund decision is made.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact our support team first. The fastest way to resolve a sizing issue is to request a return and follow the approved return process.

If you are still deciding before placing your order, we recommend checking our Size Guide and FAQ to reduce sizing uncertainty.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact support@veroshape.com immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom products
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused except for trying on, with original packaging intact and proof of purchase available.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be sent automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@veroshape.com.

A Small Thank-You

Once your return is processed, we may provide a discount code for a future order as a small thank-you. This is simply our way of helping keep the experience positive, even when the first order was not the final fit.
