A regular tank is mainly a base layer; VEROSHAPE is built specifically for shaping under everyday clothing.

A cotton undershirt does not provide meaningful torso control, while many gym compression shirts focus on athletic movement and apply relatively uniform pressure. VEROSHAPE combines double-layer front compression, reinforced side-waist support, seamless construction, wide straps and a long tuckable hem.

The goal is not simply to feel tight — it is to help the outer shirt fall more cleanly.

Yes — VEROSHAPE is designed to reduce how strongly chest fullness and puffy nipples show through clothing.

The front chest area uses stronger compression to create a more controlled surface beneath the shirt. Results vary with chest volume, body shape, selected size and the fabric worn over it.

Important: VEROSHAPE can reduce the appearance of gynecomastia under clothing, but it does not treat or cure gynecomastia.

VEROSHAPE can make the stomach and side waist look noticeably smoother under clothing.

The reinforced stomach and side-waist zones help reduce sharp fabric pull around the belly and love handles, so the shirt can fall over a more even surface.

It does not remove body fat or guarantee a perfectly flat stomach. The realistic goal is a cleaner shirt line on the same body.

Very thin, transparent or extremely tight outer fabrics can still reveal any undershirt slightly.

VEROAIR™ is VEROSHAPE’s performance compression fabric: 80% Nylon 6.6 and 20% Spandex.

The Nylon 6.6 base gives the tank a smooth, durable feel, while the Spandex provides the stretch and recovery needed for firm compression. The knit is designed for four-way stretch and moisture management, so it can function as an everyday undershirt rather than a rigid vest.

The tank is specifically designed to help reduce ride-up.

VEROSHAPE uses a 7 cm lower hem that sits below the stomach and can be tucked under the waistband to help anchor the garment. It does not use silicone, rubber or adhesive grippers against the skin.

Yes. VEROSHAPE is about torso shape and shirt fit — not body weight.

Lean, athletic or muscular men may still want more control over chest projection, puffy nipples, the lower stomach or waist under fitted clothing.

Do not automatically size down. Tighter does not always mean better.

A tank that is too small can dig into the armholes, restrict normal movement, create new bulges or make ride-up worse. If you want a firmer result, use the Extra-firm shaping option inside the Size Finder instead of guessing.

Balanced shaping is our recommended everyday starting point. It is intended to combine firm shaping support with comfortable daily wear.

Extra-firm shaping asks the finder for a closer, tighter recommendation with stronger hold. It can feel more restrictive, so it should be chosen intentionally — not because “smaller is always better.”

Because compression size and garment length are not the same problem.

The live Size Finder uses your height and ride-up history to flag a possible length issue separately. Sizing up changes width much more than length, so we do not recommend going up a size only to make the tank longer.

Firm and secure — not painful.

• You should notice real pressure through the chest, stomach and waist.
• You should still be able to breathe normally, sit and move comfortably.
• The armholes should not aggressively cut into your armpits or lats.
• The tank should stay close to the body without large loose areas or heavy wrinkling.

Pain, numbness, tingling or severe restriction means the fit is too aggressive.

Put it on gradually — never yank from one point.

Many customers find a firm compression tank easier to manage by stepping into it and pulling it upward in stages, then placing the arms through the straps. Wearing it over the head is also fine if that feels easier for you.

Once on, smooth the fabric across the chest, stomach and sides, then pull the long hem fully down.
