VeroSHAPE Size Guide

Choosing the right size is the key to getting the flattening, smoothing, and invisible fit VeroSHAPE is designed for. Our compression tanks should feel firm and supportive — never painfully tight, and never loose.

How to Find Your Best Size

On every VeroSHAPE product page, you’ll see a clickable “What’s my size?” button. This opens our size finder tool, which recommends the best fit based on your height, weight, age, body shape, and compression preference.

01

Open the size finder

On the product page, click the “What’s my size?” link near the size selector.

02

Enter your details

Add your height, weight, and age, then choose your body shape and compression preference.

03

Review your recommendation

The tool will suggest the size most likely to give you the best combination of compression, comfort, and daily wearability.

04

Select your size

Click the recommended size and continue shopping with confidence.

VeroSHAPE Size Chart

Use the chart below as a quick reference. If you want the most accurate recommendation, use the size finder directly on the product page.

Size Chest (in) Waist (in) Chest (cm) Waist (cm)
S 34–39" 28–33" 86–100 71–84
M 38–43" 32–37" 97–110 81–94
L 42–47" 36–41" 107–120 91–104
XL 46–52" 40–46" 117–132 102–117
2XL 50–56" 44–50" 128–142 112–127

These measurements are intended to help you choose the correct compression fit. A VeroSHAPE tank is designed to fit closer to the body than a regular undershirt.

How VeroSHAPE Should Fit

It should feel firm

Compression should be noticeable when you first put it on. That firm feel is what creates the smoothing effect across the chest, waist, and torso.

It should not restrict breathing

A correct size should still allow you to breathe fully, move normally, and wear the garment throughout the day.

It should stay smooth under clothing

The tank should sit flat under shirts without bunching, riding up excessively, or creating visible ridges.

Between Two Sizes?

Choose your regular size

In most cases, your normal shirt size is the best place to start for a balanced compression fit.

Size up if you carry more belly or chest weight

If you are between sizes or have significant chest volume or belly weight, sizing up by one can improve comfort while still delivering firm compression.
